FAQ

1. Login to Mindbody.

2. To terminate they will log in to their consumer account and go to My Info > Account.

3. They will go to the Auto Pays section and click on the Terminate next to the contract they wish to terminate.

 

 

 

 

4. They will receive the following message to verify if they want to terminate the contract:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Cancelling your meal subscription will stop any future orders from being placed. If your subscription has already renewed for the week ahead, your subscription will cease after this order has been fulfilled. We are unable to cancel any orders that have already been placed, regardless of whether they have been dispatched yet.
